Ingredients for the potato salad


  • 4 potatoes cooked
  • 100 grams of deli turkey
  • 2 hard boiled eggs 4 carrots
  • 180 grams of fresh cheese
  • 100 grams of cooked green beans
  • 4 teaspoons capers
  • Lettuce leaves 4 tablespoons light mayonnaise
  • 6 tsp of dry white wine
  • Ground black pepper and salt to taste

Preparation

1. Peel the cooked potatoes and cut into slices.
2. Cut into chunks the deli turkey, carrots, green beans and cheese.
3. Peel the eggs and cut them into quarters.
4. Pour the mayonnaise in a bowl and add the white wine until a smooth, creamy sauce.
5. Line a platter with lettuce leaves and dispose of them, vegetables, cold meats, eggs and cheese.
6. Garnish with capers and season our salad with white wine sauce, salt and black pepper to taste. Bon Appetite.
